- It's the visual and messaging direction your entire campaign is built on — color, style, overall feel — set by our creative team based on your product and brand.
- What is the Master Visual?
- It's the first image that embodies the proposed creative direction for your campaign. You review and approve it before we begin full production — it's the risk-reduction gate in the process.
- When do revisions happen?
- The rounds included with each package happen on the Master Visual, before Direction Lock. After Direction Lock, production follows the approved direction.
- When does delivery timing start?
- Target delivery timing starts after Direction Lock — not from the order or payment date.
- What is included in Campaign + Page?
- The full Complete Campaign scope, plus a responsive Campaign Page with 12 months of HEREIM-managed hosting.
- Is domain cost included?
- No. You own and pay for the domain. We may help connect one standard custom domain where technically supported.
- What happens after 12 months of hosting?
- HEREIM-managed hosting can be renewed at AED 290/year. There's no subscription or automatic billing — renewal happens by contacting us.
- Can I order only a Campaign Page?
- Yes, if you already have suitable, approved campaign or brand assets — that's the standalone Campaign Page offer under Web Studio.
- What if I need a business or ecommerce website?
- Those are Web Studio offers (Business Website, Website Redesign, Ecommerce Website) priced from a starting figure — we confirm final scope with you before any price is finalized.
- What if my project doesn't fit any package?
- Talk to HEREIM — we'll qualify your project and route it to the founder for a Custom Quote.
WEBSITE STUDIO QUESTIONS
- What does the Website Studio price include?
- A professional one-page website for a fixed AED 349, in English, Arabic, or both, with one year of HEREIM hosting included in the price.
- Do I own the website?
- Yes. The completed website belongs to you, and hosting is a separate service that never changes who owns it.
- Can I use my own domain?
- Yes, you may use a domain you own. You obtain and renew it through an external registrar and remain responsible for that registrar account and its fees. HEREIM never sells, registers, renews, or owns your domain. Where HEREIM supports your setup, we can help connect your domain to your website; we can't guarantee that every domain or registrar can be connected.
- Can I ask for my website to be transferred?
- You're not locked into HEREIM hosting. After your website is completed you can request transfer or delivery of it; the method, timing and conditions are agreed with HEREIM at that time.
- What if I need an update to my website later?
- Your first hosting year includes one free simple update. Each additional eligible simple update is AED 49.
