Privacy Policy

1. Information You Provide

When you start a campaign or a Website Studio order, we collect the information needed to provide the service:

• Contact details: your email address (required) and name (optional), collected at the final step of the campaign form.
• Product information: product name, brand name, category, product URL (if supplied), and a short product description.
• Product and reference images: your main product photo, and any optional reference images you choose to provide (additional angles, side view, close-up, logo, brand guidelines).
• Campaign information: your selected creative direction, campaign objective, preferred language, and any campaign brief details you provide.
• Order information: the package you select, the pricing applicable to your order, and your order's status as it moves through production.
• Website Studio business information: your business name, category, services or products, a short description of your business, who your customers are and where you operate (where you provide them), your website language choice, an optional brand color, and your logo and photos if you upload them.
• Website Studio contact details: your email address (required) and, if you choose to provide them, a phone number, WhatsApp number, existing website link and social media links, which are used on your website.
• Call requests: if you use Request a Call, your name, a contact detail, and any reason, preferred language and preferred time you give us.

2. Phone Numbers

We do not require a phone number to place a Campaign Studio order. We collect a phone number only where you choose to provide it, for example in Website Studio or Request a Call.

3. Browser Storage

While you're filling out a campaign order, your progress is saved in your browser's local storage so you can leave and come back without losing your entries. This data stays on your device and is used to restore your in-progress form; it is separate from the order information stored on our servers once you submit.

Website Studio uses cookies to keep your order session so you can continue and return to your order without creating an account.

4. How Information Is Used

We use the information above to produce your campaign, communicate with you about your order, and provide customer support. We do not sell your information.

Messages you send to Talk to HEREIM are sent to our AI provider, OpenAI, to produce replies. HEREIM does not store the conversation itself. For Website Studio, we also use OpenAI to draft the text of your website from the business information you supply; your contact details are not part of what is sent for drafting.

5. Where Information Is Stored

Order, customer, campaign, and Website Studio information is stored in our database, provided by Supabase. Uploaded product and reference images are stored privately in Cloudflare R2 object storage. Both are our infrastructure providers — they process data on our behalf and do not independently use it for their own purposes.

We also use Resend to send order emails, Vercel to host hereim.ae and published websites, and OpenAI as described in section 4.

Content you provide for your Website Studio website, including any contact details you choose to include, is published publicly on your website.

6. Payments

Where payment functionality is active on hereim.ae, payments are processed through our designated payment provider, Tap Payments. Card details are entered and handled directly by the payment provider as part of that process; HEREIM does not intentionally store full payment card details on its own application servers.

7. Analytics

hereim.ae may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website and to help us maintain and improve the service. This includes counting how many visitors start Website Studio or reach its review and payment steps; it does not send the content you enter.

8. Data Retention

We retain customer, order, campaign, and Website Studio information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide and complete the service, support you regarding a past order, maintain order history, resolve disputes, meet accounting and business-record requirements, address fraud or security concerns where applicable, and comply with legal or regulatory obligations.

Temporary upload and session files used during the ordering process may be subject to shorter technical lifecycle handling than the order record itself.
