Terms of Service

1. The Service

HEREIM provides custom product-campaign production services. From a single product reference supplied by the customer, we produce a complete, ready-to-publish campaign — product and lifestyle imagery, advertising creative, video (where the selected package includes it), and Arabic/English campaign copy.

This is a bespoke creative production service, not a stock content or template marketplace. Each order is built around the specific product, references, and creative direction the customer provides and approves.

2. Packages and Pricing

HEREIM currently offers the Launch Campaign, Complete Campaign, and Campaign + Page packages. Current pricing, inclusions, included revision rounds, and delivery estimates for each package are shown on hereim.ae at the time of order — that is the authoritative source, not this document.

Each package covers one product. Producing a campaign for an additional product within the same order requires the applicable additional-product fee (currently from AED 299), shown at the time of purchase.

3. Revisions

Each package includes the number of Creative Direction revision rounds shown on hereim.ae at the time of order. Included rounds apply to the Master Visual before Direction Lock.

Revision feedback should be consolidated into a single, clear round of notes rather than submitted piecemeal. Once the creative direction is locked (Direction Lock), production follows the approved direction; requesting a materially new creative direction after Direction Lock is treated as new creative work and may require an additional fee.

If HEREIM makes a production or system error, or materially fails to follow the approved scope or creative direction, correcting that issue does not consume an included revision round and is not charged.

Additional revision rounds beyond those included in the package may be purchased for AED 125 per round. There is no unlimited-revision package or add-on.

4. Master Visual and Approval

Before full campaign production begins, HEREIM produces a Master Visual — the creative direction for the campaign. The customer reviews and approves the Master Visual before HEREIM proceeds to full production.

Approving the Master Visual locks the creative direction (Direction Lock) and authorizes HEREIM to begin full production of the remaining campaign assets based on that direction.

5. Production Timelines

Estimated delivery times for each package are shown on hereim.ae at the time of order and are counted from Direction Lock (approval of the Master Visual).

These are estimates based on typical production conditions, not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual timelines can vary with order volume, the complexity of the approved direction, and the responsiveness of feedback during revisions.

6. Product Fidelity

Customer-supplied product references remain central to every campaign HEREIM produces. We use controlled reference workflows and professional quality review to help maintain product identity throughout production, including original-product finishing where appropriate.

HEREIM does not guarantee pixel-perfect or 100% identical reproduction of the supplied product references. Produced imagery and video are creative, campaign-oriented assets built from those references, not exact digital replicas.

7. No Performance Guarantees

HEREIM produces creative campaign assets. We do not guarantee any advertising, marketing, or commercial performance outcome — including return on ad spend (ROAS), sales results, conversion rates, or audience engagement — from the use of the delivered campaign. Results depend on many factors outside HEREIM's control, such as media spend, targeting, platform algorithms, and market conditions.

8. Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for ensuring that product references, brand assets, and any other material supplied to HEREIM are accurate, and that the customer holds the necessary rights to submit them for use in campaign production.

The customer is responsible for providing clear, timely feedback at each review stage, including Master Visual approval, so that production can proceed on the estimated timeline.

9. Website Studio

Section 1 describes Campaign Studio. Website Studio is a fixed-price service in which HEREIM prepares and publishes a one-page professional business website from the information and materials you supply, in English, Arabic, or both, for a fixed price of AED 349. The current Website Studio offer is shown on hereim.ae at the time of order.

The completed Website Studio website belongs to you. Website ownership, domain ownership, and hosting are separate: hosting is a service HEREIM provides and does not change who owns your website. The Website Studio price includes HEREIM hosting for one year from first publication; continuing HEREIM hosting after the included period is optional.

After your website is completed you may request its transfer or delivery to you. The method, timing, and conditions are agreed with HEREIM at the time of the request.

You may use a domain that you own. You obtain and renew your domain through an external registrar of your choice and remain responsible for that account and its fees. HEREIM does not sell, register, renew, or own domains. Where HEREIM supports it, HEREIM can assist in connecting your domain to your website; HEREIM does not guarantee that every domain or registrar can be connected.

During the first year of included hosting, one eligible simple update is included at no charge; it is used when an eligible update has been applied to your website. Each further eligible simple update is charged at the price shown at the time you request it. Simple updates are limited maintenance changes — for example, small text or contact-detail corrections, or replacing existing images within the existing website structure. They do not include a new website, a redesign, a new brand identity, new custom images, or other work that needs separate scoping, and HEREIM will tell you if a request falls outside a simple update.

10. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms are set out in full in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

11. Payments

Where payment functionality is active, payments are processed through HEREIM's designated payment provider. Card details are handled directly by that provider; HEREIM does not intentionally store full payment card details on its own application servers.

12. Changes to These Terms

HEREIM may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the service. The version in effect at the time an order is placed governs that order.
